30 Day Return/Refund Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your product(s), you can receive a full refund when you return your order within 30 days of the date you receive your purchase. Only 1 opened bottle and all unopened bottles, per order, will be refunded within the 30-day time period. Upon receipt of returned product, accompanied by a copy of your receipt, a refund will be applied to your credit card within 10 business days. We will refund your account for the total sale minus our shipping and handling fees.

Note: Supplements are returnable/refundable,
however, books are non-returnable/non-refundable.

Order Cancellation Policy

This includes multiple submissions of the same order where your credit card was charged more than once. When wanting to cancel an order, email us at [email protected] or call us at (435)673-7770 and we will cancel your order at no cost. If your order has already been shipped, the shipping charge will not be refunded.

If You Want to Replace Unopened Bottles with a Different Brand

If you ordered one product and would like to replace it with another product, then return the unopened bottles to us. We will determine the price difference between the two products and add our shipping and handling fee. The difference will be charged to your credit card.
